Estimated Shipping Time
Upon receipt of the order, we will immediately arrange for quality check and delivery. Usually, ordinary products will be shipped within 7 business days, and customized products need 7-30 business days for shipment. (Depends on the complexity of the process).
Delivery Time
After shipment, shipping to the US is approximately 25-30 business days. If you order more than one product using the same address, only one package will be shipped.
Delivery means the transfer of physical possession or control of the product to the consumer. The risk arising from the receipt of the product is transferred to the customer.
Orders will be sent to the address you provide. Xingyu Sword is not responsible in the event that you enter an incorrect address (if the consumer enters an incorrect delivery address, a delivery fee will be charged and Xingyu Sword must deliver to the new address).
It is the customer's responsibility to check the cosmetic condition of the delivered products (whether the packaging and contents are intact, especially with regard to transportation) and whether the quantity of products delivered corresponds to the order. Any apparent defects and/or any discrepancy in the quantity of Products delivered in accordance with the order must be reported by the Customer to the carrier and confirmed by the Customer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Products, sent to Xingyu Sword:

The Customer must include his customer number and order reference number in the request.
Otherwise, delivered packages and products will be considered free of obvious defects and the quantity of products delivered will be in accordance with the order.
Xingyu Sword shall not be liable for theft or degradation of the quality of the products if the customer has expressly instructed in writing to leave the order at his doorstep or to a third party.
In the event of non-compliance with the delivery times specified above, the Customer must contact Customer Service to report this to Xingyu Sword and provide a reasonable additional period of time so that Xingyu Sword can determine the cause of the delay and respond accordingly. In any event, if the delay in delivery is not due to Force Majeure and Xingyu Sword does not comply within the additional period, the Customer may cancel the order by contacting Customer Service. Upon receipt of this contract termination request, the Customer will have up to thirty (30) days to obtain a refund.
Any order paid for in whole or in part with a coupon, promotional coupon, or benefiting from any individual or collective promotional offer may only be refunded in the form of a coupon, promotional coupon, if applicable, or taking into account the above mentioned circumstances promotional offer.
Ocean Shipping Transportation
We use UPS, SF Express and International Post. We will provide logistics numbers for online inquiry and tracking of logistics information.
