Will there be a price tag or receipt in my order?

We do not include any price tags, receipts or billing invoices inside any of our boxes. Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with all the information you need to track it and see your order details.

How long will it take to get my ordres?

Upon receipt of the order, we will immediately arrange for quality check and delivery. Usually, ordinary products will be shipped within 7 business days, and customized products need 7-30 business days for shipment. (Depends on the complexity of the process), and it will arrive at your address within 25 days after shipment. How do I cancet my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we will arrange a full refund. Please note that orders cannot be canceled if they are already in transit. Additionally, orders cannot be cancelled for certain types of merchandise, such as customized products (e.g., special order or personalized merchandise, engraved and replacement accessories, color and specification customization). These types of items cannot be canceled if production has already begun, but can be canceled if production has not yet begun.

When will I receive the refund after canceling the order?
