The Lotus Sparrow Katana is fresh elegant zen-style oriental samurai sword, themed on lotus and sparrow representing peace and purity, suitable tea room display, study quiet decoration and delicate oriental art gifts. The blade adopts T10 high-carbon maru mono solid steel, forged by traditional clay differential temper craft to form neat continuous Gunome rounded wave hamon, no blood groove shinogizukuri blade profile, basic multi-stage polishing and factory light sharp edge, only suitable for daily iaido drawing training, not fit continuous heavy bamboo cutting.

The whole set of mounting hardware is solid brass with embossed lotus and sparrow relief carving, including tsuba, fuchi, kashira and matching side menuki ornaments. The oval compact tsuka uses neutral soft fabric inner lining wrapped with light beige moro-hineri diamond cotton silk, light and comfortable grip for long repetitive drills. The scabbard is solid wood with hand-painted green lotus leaf lacquer finish, matched soft beige cotton sage binding cord.
