Highlander Katana | T10 Tsuchioki Gunome Hamon Matte Black Iron Fittings Dark Solid Wood Saya Disassemblable Training Katana
Product Introduction
The Highlander Katana is minimalist highland style entry-level training samurai sword, designed for beginner iaido practitioners and low-key desktop display. The blade adopts T10 high-carbon maru mono solid steel with traditional Tsuchioki clay differential temper craft, forming neat rounded Gunome continuous wave hamon, no blood groove shinogizukuri blade profile, full basic hand polishing and factory pre-sharpened light cutting edge, only suitable for daily drawing form training, not for thick bamboo heavy cutting.
The whole set of mounting hardware is unpatterned matte black iron including tsuba, fuchi, kashira, menuki, seppa and habaki, low-profile minimalist design without redundant carving. The oval compact tsuka uses dark inner lining wrapped with solid black moro-hineri cotton silk, simple non-slip grip for long beginner drills. The scabbard is solid hardwood with dark matte paint finish, matched thin black cotton sage binding cord. This katana adopts single bamboo mekugi peg disassemblable full tang, easy to split for regular blade anti-rust oil maintenance. A lightweight storage fabric bag is provided as free gift accessory; personalized blade carving upgrade service is available upon request.
